Anyone b12 lipo and phen?

I went to a diet clinic yesterday and they gave me a b12 with lipo shot and 37.5 mg phentermine. Has anyone else tried this?? Ive read good reviews but would like personal opinions.

    I say ditch all that, and just eat healthy. You cannot rely on those pills/shots forever, so may as well find a plan that you can live with forever and create health instead of possibly inducing unhealthy situations by feeding the body chemicals.

    With it, its the same lifestyle change. have to eat healthy, exercise watch carbs and protein. Its just supposed to give you energy to jump start and then you get in the habit. It also makes you not so hungry so you can shrink down your stomach size. Im really hoping to get a great result and be able to get in a good routine exercise and food wise.

    What is the lipo part of the shot and what does it do. I know what the B12 and phentermine are.

    From my understanding the lipo burns away your fat that are deep within the harder fat to get rid of.
