Looking for Motivation and Support?

I'd love to start the New Year off with lots of motivation and support and I'd love to also be giving it to those who feel they need it! The more motivation the merrier!

My goals are around 1/2 - 1lb a week. My goal is 140 and then once I reach my goal I want to start really focusing on specific areas of my body to get rid of my "problem spots". I'm currently at 154. I'm ready to see the best body and health of my life.

    I share in that. my goal is to lose 1 pound a week. my goal is 135 pounds. I am at 196 pounds. request on the way
