Hey everyone
I am going next Saturday to take a zumba instructor workshop. I am so excited. Also being from a small town the fitness centre owner/manager has decided to take me under her wing and help me get my certifications with can fit pro. Im hoping to have my fitness training and personal trainers course by September. This is so exciting to me because i have decided to stay home for another year and had no idea what Id be doing.

    Wonder if I could do it with previous back surgery? Is it rigorous?:huh:

    I am pretty sure you can do it at your own pace. I wouldnt take my word for it thought, I am hoping to learn lots next Saturday
