Very motivated 40+ yrs old and new here

Hello everyone!
I'm a 48 years old and recovered from a serious accident looking to lose the 40 ish pounds i gained when i was rehabbing and could not work out. Would love to make some friends who have similar goals and give some mutual support.
I had joined this site early in 2012 but did not get back on until i got a happy new year email from the site admin. Thanks Admin!:smooched:
