MyFitnessPal is included in a section entitled "Lose weight Your way". It also contains a section on the psychology of overeating. It is a good read on a cold day.

I enjoy consumer report, because they're objective.
You won't see any ads for worthless supplements in the pages of this issue.
There used to be an annual publication called "Lab Test Review" which quality tested various leading supplement products to see which products matched the label claims.
OUCH!
That was when I lost faith in the supplement industry.
Too many of the products tested were way off the stated nutritional information on the packages.
Unless we're eating whole foods, it's hard to know what we're really getting.0 -
They didn't actually do any scientific testing, it was more of an opinion survey. Since it validated my opinion and my approach to my health and weight, I am inclined to agree with the conclusions.0
