Help, I'm a newby!

Well, I am new and this is my first posting so any advice would be appreciated. I am a busy (aren't we all) working Mum and Wife. I am starting to eat healthily in the morning and will take things one day (or meal) at a time! I have four stone to loose and am determined. I run, well kind of, it isn't pretty but in some eyes it constitutes as running! I also walk-fast with my dog. We are lucky enough to live in the countryside although it is rather muddy at the moment. I look forward to any advice or ideas.
