So I am just curious what everyone is doing to lose weight?? What are you meals maybe we can share some ideas the same ol thing seams to get boring so maybe if we help each other out it will keep the focus =)) I tend to lose weight fast when i stick to what works but i do get board but i normally have about 3 egg whites in the morning a salad for lunch and a grilled piece of chicken breast or fish with steamed veggies for dinner.... So what do you all have???
