Hi my name is Amanda and I am new here, I started off the new year right today getting back into the gym I am 24 I weigh 126 and have two boys 3 and 8 months. I am not looking to loose a bunch of weight maybe a few but mainly just to get healthy and eat right. I use to be really fit before my first son, (I ran marathons) and I have a hard time running 40 min on a read mill at 5mph lol. I want to get fit! My eating isn't really the best, but I try, my husband hates any type of veggie! just looking for ideas on breakfast and lunch meals that are healthy to kind of pick up from the dinners I cook for the whole family!!I Its great to make friends as well!! :0
