yum yum fresh food!

Not sure how to introduce myself here... but here goes! I'm not here especially for weight loss, actually.... but to track what I eat and try to get some variety in my diet! I am a long-time vegetarian looking to make the change into veganism. Ever since discovering diary provokes insaaane acid reflux in my belly... it made sense to make a change! In this 'change' I would like to balance my diet and incorporate many new foods! Currently I subscribe to a produce delivery service and am always getting new things to try. I love trying new things. Like this site. New things!

That probably wasn't too interesting to read... soo.... I like taking walks in the woods, my cats, and I'd really like to take aerial yoga one day. Though... If I were left to my own devices, though, I'd probably sit on my couch reading all day. Without moving. Ever.

I also like tea. And coffee. Though coffee makes my stomach hurt D:
