Good Full Body Work Out??

Hey There -

As a single mom, I have limited gym time...I try and work around school schedules and when my kids are with their dad. I average about 3-4 days a week that I can actually get to the gym - normally about 3. I am trying to work out a decent full body work out for myself. I enjoy lifting immensely...I think I have a good start...any thoughts??

Warm Up: 5 Minutes of Light Cardio

Leg Press: 3 sets of 12

Stiff Leg Dead Lifts: 2 sets of 12

Calf Raises: 2 sets of 12

Inclined Bench Press: 2 sets of 10

Seated Military Shoulder Press: 2 sets of 10

Lat Pull Downs: 2 sets of 10

Rows: 2 sets of 10

Curls: 2 sets of 10

Tricep Pressdowns: 2 sets of 10

Crunches: 2 sets of 10

20 minutes of low/medium intensity cardio (elliptical or treadmill)

I'm open to suggestions!! Thanks for looking!!
