About 350.....grams...lol
I see value in things like this in that they build functional strength.
Too many guys doing bodybuilder stuff do not develop strength to apply in real life circumstances.0 -

Never tried that one myself, I'd gander I could maybe get 95lbs, but that's a pretty ballpark guess for something without doing it!0
