22:00 / Jan 12 - 4 hours packing and carrying boxes up and down stairs ( Mom's moving )
18:00 / Jan 19 - 3 hours - packing and moving boxes
15:00 / Jan 20 - 4 hours - packing boxes, moving them up and down stairs, moving furniture
11:00 / Jan 27 - 1 hr. 30 min. - treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bicycle
9:30 / Jan 29 - 30 min. bicycling / recumbent bike

Jan 1 (Tues) - 30min cycling, 60min yoga (22hrs 30min left)
Jan 3 (Thurs) - 30min walk (22 hrs left)
Jan 4 (Fri) - 30min cycling, 60 min yoga (20hrs 30min left)
Jan 5 (Sat) - 30min cycling, 60min yoga (19hrs left)
Jan 6 (Sun) - 45min cycling (18hrs 15min left)

Sorry, it was DEEP into February before I found the thread again... had to finally go back to my Jan post and look on your profile page...
But half a month is still good...
Jan 1 thru jan 17 / 4 hr riding bike 30 min...some days........20hr. to go
Jan 18 - 30 min gym bike 19.5 hr to go....0
