Happy New Year ... 2013 is the year to lose weight!

I am going to turn 47 in February and can't seem to break the weight loss roller coaster. I have lost the same 30 pounds five times in the last twelve years.

I really want to make 2013 the year that I get on the ferris wheel and don't stop until I lose a significant amount of weight.

GOALS:
1) track my food on this website consistently - daily
2) eat when I am hungry and eat less sugar
3) continue to increase exercise
4) be happy and stress free


POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS:
1) I see a flat belly in my future
2) I see a healthier me
3) God will show me the way to a lighter future
4) Keep it in perspective
5) Stay positive
