my NSV today

On August 22, 2012 i decided it was time for a change. At 250 lbs, my work uniforms were getting uncomfortably tight as were all my other clothes. Everything was XXL for shirts & 40 inch waist. So i started logging & watching what i eat & walking a mile a day around my neighborhood. My wife & i both work for a community college with a really nice fitness center (full weight room with both machines & free weights as well as treadmills & elliptical, aerobics rooms , spinning room, indoor 1/12 mile track, indoor lap pool & heated shallow pool), so we decided to invest in gym memberships. This has been one of the best investments of our lives, we are both there every chance we get.
Any way, to try to shorten up a long story, i cleaned out my closet & dresser today & took a couple bags of my fat clothes & dropped them off at a local thrift store.
I still have about 22 lbs to go to his my original goal weight of 185 & then i will reassess & decide if i want to keep going to 165 before adjusting my diet & hitting the weight room harder to build back up with muscle.
As of today I'm considering my 34 inch jeans & large shirts my new fat clothes.
