I'm so hungry tonight - it has rained all weekend and I am just not motivated to do anything! What are some quick, low calorie foods that I can snack on? I have 100 some odd calories left for the day! I need something to fill me up!

Not sure how 100 calories will fill anyone up......maybe you should find some motivation to do more, or just suck it up, eat something more filling and go over your calories for today.0

Also, drink water.0

Vegetables with spices do the trick for me. I've been cutting down on my starchy foods and eating more fruits and veggies. Oh and drink water about 10 mins before you eat. It will help fill you up faster.0

Why so hungry? Are you planning on being hungry every night? No one should be hungry........ move a little, and eat something filing and wash it down with a big glass of water or tea would be my advice.0

2 light string cheeses have 100 calories. Protein will fill you up. My favorite snack by far though is light yogurt with 2 TBSP of PB2 mixed in. Amazing and satisfying and about 125 calories.0

I find that celery and peanut butter do the trick for me. The celery has essentially no calories so I can use about a tablespoon of peanut butter---which is very filling and is low-glycemic to boot. (I have to watch my blood sugar so I eat a lot of low-glycemic foods).0
