    I started today. If you're interested, there is a group called "30 Day Shred January 2, 2013" that is all people who started today. I joined that today, but would love to be added as well for extra support. I've started this before, but never finished.

    I started yesterday also... There is a 30 day shred group under groups. Most of us started yesterday also. Come on over and check us out!!!
