Not new...but would like some more motivation

Hi I have been on myfitnesspal for awhile, but I had to take a break this last semester because my courseload, work schedule, and family obligations left little to no time for me. I have lightened my work and courseload this next semester and plan to get back to where I need to be! I would love any support and motivation, and of course return it. Add me if you want. :smile:

    I'm in a similar situation! I fell off the wagon in the last 2 or 3 months. After logging every calorie for almost a year I stopped doing it thinking I had it all figured out by now. But little things slipped into my diet here and there and I guess I didn't realize how easy it was to let it all slip! So now I'm back, about 6 lbs heavier. Whoops. Made me more motivated than ever though! I guess I need MFP and the support on here to keep me motivated. Feel free to add me! :flowerforyou:
