new year, a new start to a slimmer body

im 22 yrs old, and overweight by 53 lbs. really want to lose all my flab and gain back my confidence with a healthier and fitter body. i desperately need alot of motivation to stay on track. my main problem is temptation, i do hit the gym on alternate days but all the efforts fall flat as soon as i start binging :cry:

im sick and tired of not being able to fit into clothes, not being able to take full-length pictures, because i feel so damn conscious. if i dont do something for myself now, im afraid, ill just inherit all of my family's unhealthy illnesses like diabetes and blood pressure...

i need help real bad...
