Long time here, first time post.

Just introducing myself. I am an ectomorph that is trying to gain weight (not easy). In the past 6 months Ive gone from 155-160 pounds and 15% body fat to today I am at 178 pounds 9-12% body fat. My short term goal is 190 pounds 7-9% body fat. I train 5-6 days a week and twice a day 3 times a week. I put extreme focus on everything I eat and I would have to say that this MFP app has really helped me achieve my goals. I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year and good luck in 2013!.
