I just, just signed up!
I have lost alot of weight in the last couple of years - about 160lbs as far as I can guess - I dont actually know exactly how heavy I was at my heaviest.
I didnt try to lose this weight - My job required more movement and I started walking to and from. And I changed my relationship with food - I started to eat what I wanted without guilt and found that the foods that I wanted started to change from chips and chocolate to veggies and fruit!
I have recently started "eating clean" in an effort to be healthy and keep my motabolism running at its best, and in an effort to help me keep off the weight that I have lost. I have been eating clean for about 6 weeks now and would love to talk to other people who are "eating clean" to help them lose weight and keep healthy!
I am looking to lost about 20lbs more to get me to where I want to be. I have a family reunion in July that I want to be as fit as possible for - my family hasnt seen me in more than 4 years and none of them have seen me below 300lbs (I'm at about 165 now) I am also trying to tone up a bit - losing alot of weight makes you saggy!
I am looking forward to the tools and support that this site offers.
