Well, it's the end of another year!
I know that this site has helped SO MANY people with their goals and become healthier. I am so glad that I stumbled across it and so glad for each and every person that I have met on here.

Not only have I lost weight, but I have gained so much more. I have gained a lot of self confidence as my outside has begun to match my inside. I was always so uncomfortable when I was heavier, because I couldn't wear the cute clothes that I wanted to and because I just felt out of place in my own skin. My weight always controlled me and caused me to be quite shy because I didn't want people to look at me or judge me.

I started my journey on SparkPeople (I know that some others came from that website also), and used their service for about a year before finding out about MFP. I was thankful for the simplicity of MFP :)

Anyway, here goes!

    I do a mixture of lifting and cardio. :)

    Before, though, I wasn't comfortable and I was very unhealthy :(
