Hello,
I got into SUP'ing this past summer... It's an excellent cardio workout, with added power benefits for the quads, glutes, and shoulders. Any SUP'pers out there have an idea what sorts of plyometric exercises can compliment the pros of paddling?

I like to SUP in the summer.
I think you could do something on a cable machine like a wood-chopper kind of motion that would help.
The other motion I did that was like SUP was with the TRX ripped trainer (see below):

Ok, this would make sense to mimic the action of paddling... however, I would like to find some plyos that serve to strengthen the groups and areas that supping would miss (although it's pretty close to full body!).0
