When MFP says "we suggest increasing your intake to 1200 calories minimum"...(on a day if I've eaten less than that), does that mean my net has to be 1200? or do I just have to eat 1200 (but I can burn off and not replace it)
basically, say, if you eat 1400 calories a day, and you burn 400 of it off. the net is not 1000 - does that mean you have to eat back at least 200?
