ok so when you plug in your workout on here it adds calories back...should i then eat that many calories more...? fitness and weightloss NOOB

Everyone will give you a different opinion. That's the way MFP works but many people just eat back some CFO a search for 'eating back exercise calories' and you'll see lots of discussions about this v0

Yes MFP says you are supposed to eat back your exercise calories because your defict is already factored in but some say the exercise calories burned on here aren't exactly right so eat most but not all that it says. I always ate all of mine 100% and lost but I only walked.0

Yes, that is how the program is designed. Many people set their target to a higher baseline number everyday, including their exercise calories in their weekly target, so those people do not add in exercise and eat it back. Either way is fine, but the way you described is how the program is intended to be used.
