Mr. Toyoda is being grilled by Congress today. Did someone say they're grilling? I'll take a filet mignion, thank you.
When I was a kid I was known as Skinny Lynnie. Not really a flattering nick name for a kid. But now at age 59 I'd love to have that name again.
Weight has been creeping up on me at the rate of 5 pounds a year... I was holding steady at 130 for a few years, then that went up to 140, now I'm looking at 150 and that big round number is freaking me out.
So I joined a health club for 3 months. I have not been there yet, not even one day. I need some motivation. The new jogging shoes were a big plus and helped me get on the treadmill. Then my hips started to ache. I went to the Chiropractor and am back on the Osteo Bi Flex. That and ibuprofin seems to be helping.
Well I do need a partner! If you'd like to join me just give me a yell!
Thanks!

Lynnie or better make that SkinnyLynnie. You will do just fine. I have to agree, Mr Toyota is in deep doo doo. What was a giant has been reduced to just another foreign car company. We were going to buy a Toyota but not now.
Anyhow, instead of the treadmill I suggest the Elliptical. It is fluid and as a big guy it give me a great workout that doesn't burn the joints. Plus the calories to effort is better than the treadmill.
Good luck to you.
Mike
