    Ran 10 miles in 1:20 with my buds this morning. I want to run under 1:45 for the HM in April.

    based on your current pace, I have no doubt that you will be to do it under 1:45 provided you continue to train hard, try to build up to a long 16 miles run in your training

    Thanks, I hope you're right. The friends I run with want to gradually increase mileage to 15-16 on our long runs. That will be uncharted territory for me.

    Friday 7.4, Saturday 6.2 and today 12.4 miles. Today at the gym I ran 8 km just as I usually do, and after a short bathroom break I ran 8 more. After doing callistenics for about fifteen minutes I decided another 4 km wasn't going to kill me. I know those 20 km weren't consecutive, but I am still excited that I manidged to do it:happy:

    Been in bed with the flu for 3 1/2 days now. Hoping that in the next couple days, I will be able stand up without feeling like I'm going to pass out. The flu is no joke! Sadly, nothing new to report since Thursday. Sadly, I will also be lowering my personal goal to 90 miles for the month as 100 is just a bit too much of a stretch (possible if I get back on my feet by Tuesday, but still a stretch).
