2012 is the last time I'll ever be a "big girl" *Pic hHeavy*

I've been big boned, tall, curvy my entire life. I certainly have never have been tiny and never will. Pending my 25th birthday and a huge heart break, I realized that being fat was no longer an option. 2012 was my year to get fit and healthy. In mid July, I gave up eating processed foods, started drinking green smoothies, cut carbs and sugar, hiked up my protein and best of all, hit the gym 6-7 days a week for 1-2 hours.

Needless to say, I dropped 70 pounds in 5 months with the help of My Fitness Pal and the tools it offers to count exercise and food calories. I've met amazingly supportive people and gained a community of dedicated people. I hope to loose 50 more pounds in the first half of 2013. I never want to go back to that.





YOU CAN DO IT TOO. 2013 is OUR YEAR!
