Ok with that being said....

Goals and consistency are important. I lost lots of weight and am up quite a bit. I can beat myself up or move forward. I choose to move forward. If anyone wants support, send me a message, add me. I must be healthy. Being unhealthy is just NOT an option.

Trying to lose weight without goals and a plan and without trying to figure out what caused you to gain weight to begin with is not very helpful. Anyone can follow a diet for a specific period of time. It's LIFE CHANGES that cause real change.
