I'm a new member on this site and am looking for some pals for support.
My highest weight was 279 (in 2006) - I have fluctuated from 240-279 over the last seven years). I am now at 264 and I'm starting fresh on MFP after switching from another site. I'm hoping to make this the year the year that I finally get healthy.
I am currently dealing with some back issues, so the only exercise I can tolerate is a bit of walking. I am focusing on tracking my food, as I have had luck with that in the past as long as I stick to a plan.
