ok...so im on shift work...right now im using Striiv for a pedometer...but problem is when im on 3-11 shift...i stay up way past 12 midnight(which resets my steps) thats getting kind of frustrating....so i know the Fitbit one monitors sleep....does it count your steps in one "day" between your "sleeps" or does it count it from 12a to 12a like striiv?

I've a Fitbit one and can report it's a midnight-midnight measuring system. You can choose to start your week on Monday or Sunday but not what time of day each day starts. I suppose you could set your Fitbit profile, and the actual device, to be in another timezone to have "midnight" actually tick over at 11am (or whatever you need). Maybe you'd just need to change the timezone of the device; not sure.0
