Clean Eating On The Go?

I'm looking for some good lunch/dinners that can easily be taken on the go to work/school that require limited preparation. I do have a spare hour or two during the week that I could prepare things for the rest of the week.
I do not have a slow cooker and CANNOT afford one. I do have a Ninja Blender (Thanks Santa).
I have a VERY tiny fridge/freezer I share with 4 people. Space is very very limited, freezer is better, pantry space is also quite limited.
I can't eat dairy (although I CAN do yogurt fine most of the time) Don't eat any meat besides chicken. Seafood/Red Meat makes me sick. I gravitate toward a lot of frozen diet meals or other diet foods such as Joseph's Flax Tortilla's or low calorie canned soups, mostly vegetarian.
I'm looking to do more clean eating this year. I eat waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy too much processed stuff!
Suggestions?
I am able to reheat things at work but it is more difficult on campus. Suggestions for both would be great!

Are slow cookers/ crock pots all expensive in the US? Here in the UK the most basic models are perhaps $10.
It's difficult to know what to suggest given the huge number of restrictions you set. Either you want to eat clean or you do not, if you cannot eat much dairy and refusing most of the most nutrient dense meats/ fish you are going to find it difficult to eat a nutritious diet. You might be best setting aside time to researching how vegetarians and vegans ensure they get all the vitamins, minerals, protein and fatty acids they require.
I used to be picky, until I got sick enough not to work for a couple of years. The first time I opened a can of pink salmon I was gagging, now I actually enjoy some fish and tolerate several others. You can retrain your palate with perseverance, just the same as children and phobics do. Otherwise you really should be buying some supplements, especially a marine algae extract or triple strength fish body oil for the long chain omegas-3s and seeing a registered dietician. But I assume you will say you cannot afford either of those.0
