Work out plans for my specific target areas?

Obviously I know running and walking will help, but I have some pretty large calves and thighs. Does anyone know about any workout that specifically targets those areas? I LOVE boots, but I cant wear them because I have such big calves and I LOVE short dresses, but wont wear them because my thighs are too embarrassing...

  • you can;t really do spot reduction - it doesn;t work
    However to change the shape and tone in your legs along with diet and cardio I would recommend using weights to help
    Even just the basic bodyweight to start like squats and lunges or if possible get tore into those weights and add in Leg curls, leg extentions and Calf raises
    All of these ecerecises can be done at home with some cheap equipment if you are not comfortable in the gym
    Weights really are the answer to changing body shape
