Difficulty linking MFP with Striiv

Has anyone had difficulties linking the Striiv iphone app to mfp? I have repeatedly tried to do it, but it never gets me past the screen where you enter your mfp login info (in Striiv). I only have the app, no additional device besides the iPhone, MFP, and Striiv apps. Frankly, the support pages at Striiv aren't very helpful at all. If anyone is aware of a setting that is necessary (other than "Sedentary" activity level), please let me know. I am following the instructions, to no avail. Any help/advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

    I'm having the same issue, except I can't even get that far. I click on the link button and it takes me back to the MORE page. Can't get anywhere with it. If you find a solution, please post here. :grumble:
