Do my lunch calories look ok?

Afternoon all,
Could someone look at my entry for today's lunch (my food diary is open), and tell me if the amount of calories seems reasonable? It's kind of hard to work out exactly what a 'cup' is, for us in the UK who don't use it as a standard measure. My meal was cauliflower soup (which was dairy free, so no butter or cream), a small bread roll, some green salad and a couple of tablespoons of cooked lentils. It came out at 267 calories in the diary.
Thanks,
Helen.

looks about right to me. Those are very low calorie foods. Could there have been oil that you didn't count?

Doesn't make a difference as long as:
a)keeps you from feeling hungry
b)you eat your daily calories.0
