At the recommendation of a current member (Trogalicious) I'm giving this a go. Been through 1 day, wasnt too bad. Found myself a little hungry before bed, but I think as the days go I will be able to make better decisions about what I eat and leave room for those type of situations. Im also starting back at the gym this week, so burning off anything that goes over should be a big help too.
ME:
33 year old male, former college tennis player, and have fallen WAY out of shape. Im starting this at 276 and have a long term goal of reaching 200. I know its a long way off, but it would be good to be back at my old college weight. Having had my galbladder taken out around 2 years ago, Im finding that gaining weight is easier than ever before. If anyone has any tips on this, my ears are open!
