Looking to keep track of my food intake. This place is going to help keep me honest. Cleaned up my diet, at least I do for a couple days at a time and then I will slip.
Exercise plan at the moment is Escalating Density Training 15 min program. A-B sessions
A- Deadlift and Bench press
B- Military Press and Straight Legged Dead Lift
Large muscle group lifts for maximum effect
