Fitness Challenge for Work

Good Morning everyone! I was thinking about running a fitness challenge at work and I need some insight or suggestions. We had a biggest loser type competition a few months back that was sponsored by the company. Although winning is motivation, the thought that you paid money to enter and might lose that money wasn't a factor. I recently read someones post about how they would weigh in weekly and you paid to weigh in. Each week someone won a small prize and at the end whoever won the most got a big pot. Does anyone have any ideas or has anyone been in something similar that could give me some ideas?

  • We are in the middle of our 3 month weight loss challenge at work. Its not a fitness challenge, i assume you would be doing activitiy competitions with times or reps in a fitness challenge. I will tell you about ours.

We have 19 people and we all paid $25 entry fee. Below is the rules sheet I sent out.
