Reboot for 2013

I am not exactly new to MFP. I've had this account for a year or so. But you know how it is when you get off track. Well this time I'm going to stick to it! I am going to actually use my resources (forums, friemds, etc) to meet my goal of loosing 35 lbs! I'm from SC and am 26 years old. Here's to hopefully a successful 2013!

I'm in the same situation. Not new to MFP, but quit tracking and now have gained some weight back. My 2013 weight loss goal is to lose 50, eat clean, exercise daily and use MFP for tracking, friends, motivation. Feel free to add me as a friend. Happy New Year!

"Reboot"- I like that description. I'm the same way- I've had the account, and even used it (some) but never consistently enough to be successful. That changes for me this week- good luck and you can do this! :)

Get into the habit of doing the counting, weighing, and exercise every day. Took me about 3 months to get into a routine but now I do each of those and don't even think about them. Your brush your teeth everyday? Put the scale next to where you brush. Carry your phone to do tracking OR paper. Something to make it easy.

    Here's to success in 2013!
  • Sadly like many I have been rebooting for years but it is really important to me to make the best of myself and getting back to the slim Rache will be a fantastic celebration for me. I do so many things for my friends and family but this time...its time to do something for me.
I've started counting already and the apps on my phone...I'm off :)
I look forward to getting to know you guys and supporting each other on our journeys. :)
