can you wash it?

Ok, dumb question of the day -- how can I wash the strap of my hrm? Can I throw it in the washing machine? Or do I have to hand wash it?

I have read on previous posts to not put it in the washing machine (and this makes sense) as you don't want it thrashing around in there wrecking the elemnts.

I just rinse mine - i try after every use but sometimes that just doesn't happen. :ohwell:

i do mine by hand.

My wife washed it in a bag with her bra's and it did a pretty good job. You could also do it in a dishwasher like a hat.
