Time to Get Back on Track!

I'm not a new, per se, but I haven't been an active part of the community side of MFP, but I want to change that because I think there is great support to be had through this site!

I am currently having two herbalife shakes per day with "clean" snacks such as apples or celery twice a day followed up by a healthy dinner with protein and veggies in the evening and no snacks after dinner.

Needing to drink more water, going to start bringing half a gallon to work and drink another half a gallon at home in the evening.

If anyone wants to be friends on here, I'd love that! We can support and encourage one another :)
