    I am a coach for Beachbody which sells P90x. Go to my website www.teambeachbody.com/twoblessed & click on products - you will see P90x listed with all the info. It is a 12 week total body fitness program that will get you into the best shape!

    Pleaase hop on the P90X thread part 15 started by jessmomof3, you will get all questions answered, there are coaches from the beachbody company (who makes p90x) and people who have been through this more than once, they are great and very supportive! I am in my 8th week!
