Hi All

I have tried MFP before and I was not successful. I am back. This time it is different. I did not start this "Healthy" lifestyle as a result of the New YEAR. I started my diet lifestyle change Nov 2012. What crazy person starts a diet before the holidays.

I bought a fitbit step tracker. My goal was simple, walk more. I wore the tracker the first week and carried on with my days and nights as normal. I was shocked at how little I moved. I then started to challenge myself each day and I can see I am more active then that first week in November. The next step was to start tracking my food. I was using fitbit site but the database for food was small. I read that fitbit is integrated with MFP. I now track my food on MYP and I still challenge myself with my fitbit.

Looking for friends. I know that having a good support system will increase my chances of success.
