Back ont he wagon..

I am starting today back on the wagon and this time I am not falling off! I am not new to MFP but I haven't used it for a long time. I have been on my weight loss journey for 6 years and I have managed to take off 135lbs by diet and exercise alone, however over the last 2 years I have packed on about 60lbs......I need to get that off and get to feeling good about myself again! My plan is to count calories and get my butt to the gym! It worked before I hope it works again!

I'm back too - last Jan / Feb / March I lost 33lbs using MFP - then I came off, deleted all my friends on here and 10lbs creeped back on. I want to lose about 70lbs this year, and I don't think I'll be able to do it without the support network that MFP brings!

I lost 40+ my first time on MFP but since then I have done the 10 lbs on and only 2 off thing....
