Fat burning furnace: does it work for you?

I purchased the ebook a few months ago, gave it a try, didn't work (maybe I wasn't doing it right), and I'm wondering if anyone else got it (I notice its advertised on mfp) and if it works for you, cause I'm starting to contemplate it again...
I'm asking, because it goes against a lot of what I knew about nutrition and working out, so I'm wondering if I've been had :grumble: or if it could really work if I do it right...

The only thing I have noticed is that almost all of the adds here are bogas. I do not know if you got had but if what your doing is working then keep it up.
