Hey all, I've been in a bit of a plateau for the past few weeks and am struggling with finding the motivation to get out of it. I'm between semesters in my final year in university - the perfect time to just forget everything and be as lazy as possible, as I don't know the next time I will have a full day off. Between school and work I'm always busy during the school year, not to mention the job search for post-grad, and I've lost my motivation to choose healthy choices in terms of exercise and eating(to some extent) over the past two and a half weeks. I feel like I really need some motivation to get me through the rest of this week and begin my final semester of school properly. What should I do?

Decide. That's all. Decide what you will do. The choice is yours. The power is yours.

I feel your pain about the plateau, I have been at the same weight since the end of November. I have been trying to find motivation as well to break through this. I agree with the above post that it all comes down to a decision followed by determination. How important is it to you to break through this plateau? I understand things are hard with school & work but perhaps you can allocate even 30 minutes a day to a work out so you have a "mental" break where you can just focus on working out. It helps me. I feel like I can focus better during studying when I exercise.
