My New Start for 2013

I joined a local gym yesterday. I have been battling an inner ear infection for a week and am having alot of dizziness but wanted to start the new year out right and start exercising and changing my diet. I am 5'2" and weigh 267, so I need to lose about 100 pounds. I started out on the exercise bike for about 30 minutes. Figure I will increase it when I lose this dizziness. I want to try the elliptical but think I should wait to build up a little stamina on the bike and also get over this inner ear thing. So glad to have found this site!

    Good luck to you. Remember losing weight is a marathon not a sprint brake it slowly and you're more likely to keep,going. If you overdo it you will get fed up and/ or injured. Could you get a trainer at the gym to set you a programme.
