I have been taking fish oil capsules for several years. I take two in the am and two at night to get the recommended amounts of omega 3 oils. They are basically the cheapest I can find. I don't seem to have any problems with the taste or indigestion. I don't currently count them on my daily caloric intake. Should I? Is there a difference in quality?

Yes you should count them. They provide a few grams of fat per serving0

Depending on the brand each fish oil capsule has between 10 and 12 calories. Look on the bottle and you will find the calories listed. The brand I use (nature made) is in the MFP database so you can also check there0
