My name is Amy and I am attempting to make strides in improving my health. I suffer with fibromyalgia, high blood pressure and migraines. I believe my symptoms are due to my weight and need to cure and heal myself as quickly as possible. I have a small frame but the weight is too much to bare. I look forward to this program and your encouragement.
