    well i started in Jan. 2012 and have lost a total of 49 pounds....idk how to add a pic but i'm gonna figure it out lol

    I think I'm doing this correctly.

    This is me at 449 in 2009 and a few weeks ago at 297. Still got a ways to go but I'm giving it my best shot every day.
