Snack Ideas!

Hmm... its getting to that time of day... SNACK TIME. I have about 250 calories left and I need ideas for snacks. Any good ones? and Ill try pretty much anything

  • It's easy on me to munch on dry cereal. the new Cheerios Crunch really packs a punch, and I've grown a liking for Honey Bunches of Oats. :tongue:
  • Apples dipped in Sugar Free Caramel Sauce are quick, easy, and delicious.

    Apples with Cinnamon and honey is good as well. Right now I'm having a Jello Chocolate Mousse Temptation...D-E-LICIOUS! Sugar free and only 60 calories! Can't beat that with a stick!

    I'm a lover of hummus, usually with carrots dipped in, or whatever veggie you prefer.

    Love cool whip lite (2 tbsp) with frozen fruit (blueberries) or other fruit. Also, cool whip (2tbsp) with a sprinkle of cinnamon and even just a pinch of "nut" pieces. Just a little adds for a great flavor! Very low calorie too!

    Arnold multi-grain sandwich thins = 100 cal
    1 Tb. Peanut butter = 100 cal
    1 Tb. Preserves (Blasck raspberry is my fave) = 50 cal.

    Exactly 250 calories...how cool is that and is sweet and filling...yum! :flowerforyou:
